Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, we will not be able to issue a refund if the item has been used or worn

VIPERSOCK LTD will provide a free return label.  

A refund will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days to complete the refund transaction on your bank account.
